The first Qingdao Multinationals Summit was held at Qingdao International Conference Center October 19-20, 2019. Chinese President Xi Jinping sent a letter of congratulation to the summit. Han Zheng, vice premier of State Council, attended the opening ceremony and read President Xi Jinping’s letter of congratulation and delivered a speech. Zhang Jianhua, chairman of Hiking Group, attended the opening ceremony with 115 Fortune 500 companies and 284 leading companies executives from 35 countries and regions around the world, 14 provinces and cities in China, and envoys of many countries in China.
